The first show of the East Grace Street Concert Series is coming up!
July means FATHER SUNFLOWER & THE GOLDEN RAYS. No doubt, this show will fill our backyard, and our minds, with some buzzing, humming psych sounds—featuring ethereal vocals and some killer organ vibes. Flute, harmonium and manipulating found sounds & samples also converge in what’s destined to be a transcendental evening. NOT to be missed. Join us under the stars!

Wish I didn’t have to work.
These type of underground house shows are illegal i went to jail because of them.
these folks are not doing this for profit and 100 percent of the profits are going to the artist. We live in a town where there are only 30 venues for bands to play while most city’s our size like Raleigh have over 100.lets support our music scene and overcome the governments oppression of it here. The city council made it illegal for one band to play here GWAR. and henrico barred the grateful dead from playing here.
location for the event?
I for one am glad that the Grateful Dead are not allowed to play here anymore. They ruined my life with drugs and songs of sadness. Gwar is a little bit sad though, as they always spray the faygo, you know?
