The agenda for the Monday, July 18 meeting of the Planning Commission (PDF) includes this:
- ORD. 2016-192 To authorize the special use of the property known as 2723 East Cary Street for the purpose of a multifamily dwelling with up to 15 dwelling units and accessory parking, upon certain terms and conditions.
Here we go again.
@ 1, perhaps not. The Church Hill Assoc. supports this project per a letter referenced in the application to Planning Commission.
