Street Closure – Pear and Dock streets at the CSX Bridge
WHO: City of Richmond Department of Public Works
WHAT: Street Closure
WHEN: Wednesday, July 20 through Friday, July 22 from 12 a.m. to 12 p.m.
WHERE: Pear and Dock streets
BACKGROUND: Pear Street will be closed from East Main Street to Dock Street. Dock Street will be closed from South 22nd Street to Ash Street to make repairs to the CSX bridge structure at the Pear and Dock Street underpass. Motorists are urged to follow the detour signage.
@Melanie–work’s been going on here for a little bit; it doesn’t affect the trail (or my commute, thankfully!).

The short section between Shiplock and the Intermediate Terminal will be closed, but the city is planning a detour for trail users.

WHEN: Midnight Sunday, July 24 through noon Friday, July 29
WHERE: Dock and Pear streets at the CSX Overpass
· Pear Street between East Main and Dock Streets
· Dock Street from South 22nd to Ash Streets
