Book Launch for “The House of Life” by Shelley Briggs Callahan

We take the essence and culture of urban dance, and bring it into the studio to create new platforms to showcase this raw art form of dance. This class is similar to your line dance classes, where each move is broken down and made easy to catch on to. Don’t think this class is any less intense though. We will work you out physically and then test your mental strength by putting it all together in the end with a super sweet hip hop routine. New choreography each week. For ages 8 to adult.
