Ok folks, today is the day… share line times, observations, experience, etc. Be kind to each other.
From high atop CHPN headquarters, I can report that the line at EDI on M Street is at least down the block and appears to wrap the corner.
Line on M street does wrap all around to 26th, about half a block in. Took about 1 hour outside, and 15 inside. Guards inside were awesome, and volunteers are working really hard!
1500 block of 21st, twenty minutes door to door.
Surprisingly quick at the Powhatan Rec Center this morning about 8. No lines outside, abut confusing inside. 15-20 mins total.
I think Im the only person voting in my side of Churchill, lol. I live in eastview, and I was up early, but I haven’t seen such an empty voting area smh
Just took about 45 min at 25th/M Street
Got in line at 25th and M around 7:30. Took about an hour and half from start to finish.
Not exactly Church Hill– it took us about 5 minutes at the Main Street train station. No line around 10:30 am, but a steady trickle of people.
Just voted at 25th/M – minimal line, 15 minutes or so total
Midday is a good time to vote apparently. I was at Main Street station around 11:30 and there was no line.
Gotta say, I like the paper ballot more than the electronic crap we had to use in Maryland.
Vote “No” on that anti-union measure (constitutional amendment).
13 minutes. I arrived at 2 pm
25 minutes. Arrived at 2:30…
Roughly fifteen minutes at 25th and M; arrived at 3:05. Kudos to the hard-working guards and volunteers who did some serious choreographing!
About twenty minutes at 25th and M. Arrived a little after 3, left at 3:25 – and agree with @13, they were great!
Yes. I personally thanked every volunteer I interacted with. They were great.
