Area bartender in need after hit and run this past Sunday

Poe’s Pub bartender Jordon Waldrop (and man of many talents) was the victim of a hit and run this past Sunday in Church Hill. A fundraiser has been set up to help him in his time of need →

Jordon was involved in hit and run accident on his motorcycle Sunday, November 6th. We are incredibly grateful for those in Church Hill who found him on the side of the road and called 911. There is still much to be determined as what happened at the accident scene. As for now we’re just fortunate that he will recover from his injuries although he has a long road ahead of him.

Jordon is a member of our local maker community and a longtime bartender with Poe’s Pub. We are seeking to raise funds for Jordon to help him through the immense amount of medical expenses that will be incurred from the hospital stay as well as provide him with some financial cusion during recovery.
