1) the city fails to put these signs up a week ahead of time every time they do a leaf collction, because they weren’t there when I left my house this morning
2) the signs are posted over a holiday [again], some people have already left for vacation and may not be back to move their cars. It would really suck to come back after a week vacay, just to think your car has been stolen
3) if your car is ever towed, the signs are removed within minutes of the leaf collection crew or street sweeping. Those that realize their car is towed have no evidence of the street cleaning signs as to what happened to their car
Every morning, traffic on Westbound Main Street from Libbie Hill to 14th Street proceeds at an absolute CRAWL because there are always at least 2 or 3 cars parked illegally along Main during the “No Parking 7-9AM” time. In the afternoon, the Eastbound traffic is even worse the due to addition of left turning cars to the impassable right lane, again blocked by cars in “no parking” zone. I have never seen any ticketing or towing but God forbid I don’t move MY car on 31st Street for leaf collection before an army of flatbed truck haul every vehicle in sight away!
@#2- huh, learn something new every day!

Ah, nothing like a helpful city service reminder from CHPN to get the complainers out in full force. Gosh I love you guys
