Join the Church Hill Association for three days of their annual Holiday Festival featuring the Candlelight Walk, a special Holiday Celebration, and the Holiday House Tour.

Candlelight Walk / Friday, December 9, 7:15 PM

Meet bagpipers and carolers at Jefferson Park at 7:15 PM, and then stroll towards historic St. Johns Church to join with the Vespers. Grab a candle, and continue down gaslit sidewalks as neighborhood parties spill into the streets and proceed together to historic Libby Hill Park. Meet Santa and enjoy the spectacular city skyline with 180 degree view, all dressed up for the holidays! FREE – all are welcome!

Holiday Celebration / Saturday, December 10, 7:00-11:00 PM

Come take part in the annual Holiday Celebration at the beautiful and historic ChildSavers building, enjoying the overlook of Richmond’s downtown. Bring friends and make new ones, while enjoying music and holiday cheer. Ticket price includes one drink, hors d’oeuvres and entertainment. Cash bar throughout the evening. Limited to 200 tickets! Proceeds support charitable causes that improve the quality of life in the Greater Church Hill neighborhood. TICKETS

Holiday House Tour / Sunday, December 11, noon-5:00 PM

With homes built as far back as the 1700s, Church Hill is the oldest community in Richmond. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of Federal, Greek Revival and Victorian Homes alongside innovative condominiums built in old schools houses, bakeries and churches with a growing number of world-class restaurants and parks. Enjoy these docented tours and get a peek into unique spaces decorated for the holidays. Shuttle service is offered between each home beginning at St. John’s Church.
