I came out to find someone had hidden a bong under my porch

One night I came out onto my back patio to find someone had hidden a bag of marijuana and a bong under the overhang of my porch. A few nights later I came home to find someone had been using the backyard fire pit I share with my upstairs and next door neighbors–the fire was still going, but no one was around. In each case, for one reason and another, it was not possible for my neighbors to have been involved. I have to think someone is using my yard for their recreation.

I’m having the property manager install locks on our gates, but I figure it is worth reminding everyone to keep an eye out for one another. If you see someone who doesn’t belong on your neighbor’s property, call the police.
