Then and now on Q Street

This 1910 Victorian bungalow at 2203 Q Street, recently renovated and sold by Garrett Augustine, was one of the Donald Lacey/Stacey Martin houses and had been vacant for year.

Donald Lacey was released from prison in October after serving 6 years for his role in a $15.2 million dollar real estate ponzi scheme involving nearly 100 vacant houses in the East End.
