CAR to consider new new apartments, houses

The agenda for Tuesday, December 13, 2016 meeting of the Commission of Architectural Review includes a number of local projects:

• 602 N. 22nd Street – Replace the wood siding on the secondary elevations with fiber cement siding.
• 2302 E. Grace Street – Rebuild the porch on the existing outbuilding to re-orient the stairs.
• 2600 E. Franklin Street – Installation of hardscaping in the front yard.
• 2423 E. Grace St. – Remove eastern handrail on 1st story of the rear porch and install lattice to the height of 5′-10″.
• 808 N. 21st Street (BELOW) – Construct an eight unit multifamily structure on a vacant lot.
• 2301 Cedar Street – Infill existing basement window openings and install fire department connections.
• 2411 M Street (BELOW) – Construct a new 3 story mixed use building with an enclosed rooftop amenity room and terraces
• 2112 E. Clay Street (BELOW) – Construct two attached single family dwellings.
• 1902-1908 Princess Anne Avenue – Modify previously approved plans to change the proposed window material.
• 533 Mosby Street (BELOW) – Construct a new single family dwelling and a garage.
