Is 533 Mosby in a historic district? I will have to check.
I do like the 2112 E Clay double house, looks nice.
But, the only thing I have been seeing lately is that porch roofs are not being built period to these new infills. They have been cheating using cheap looking lean-to designs rather than the correct multi curved hip. Is this a CAR approved variance?
Eric, 533 is in Union Hill. I know a few of the neighbors on the block will be at CAR next week to discuss. It is funny that they are taking their design cues from the new apartment building across the street (yikes) instead of from the other houses on that side of the street. This one will be fun to watch evolve.
@2dontmincewords… the 533 house on a quick glance, has the look of an outhouse with its narrow, tall profile and the slant roof.
