The Planning Commission agenda for Monday, December 19, 2016 includes two item of local interest:
- ORD 2016-315 – To authorize the special use of the property known as 28081?2 East Leigh Street for the purpose of a single-family attached dwelling, upon certain terms and conditions.
- UDC 2016-52 – Final Location, Character, and Extent Review of East End Public Safety Communications Tower

I guess – As long as the communications tower has period appropriate windows, a roof top garden, and plenty of parking spaces.
Tower type, guy tower or self support tower?
There is an existing tower already there. Maybe it’s an upgrade, like the water tank.
