Missing a dog or 2?

These two pitties, a silver female who’s had puppies, and a black or dark gray and white male who appears to be neutered, are running around Union Hill. Both are medium height and solidly built, probably in the 70 pound range. They wouldn’t come when I called, and were running west on M Street last I saw them. Both have collars, but I couldn’t get close enough to see any tags or ID. My sister reported them to Richmond Animal Control.
