Rotary Club of Church Hill helps fund new movie screen for Robinson Theater

Rotary Club of Church Hill is proud to announce it has received a grant to benefit the Robinson Theater Community Arts Center (RTCAC). The $2.400 grant will be used to replace and install a new movie screen.

The check was presented to Betsy Hart, Executive Director of the RTCAC, by Jim Bynum, Rotary District 7600 representative and Penny Guiles, Rotary Club of Church Hill’s President. Several Board members of each organization were also present.

The Robinson Theater Community Arts Center is a multi-purpose facility that exists to inspire, enable, and restore healthy community life to the residents of North Church Hill primarily through it arts-based programs.

The Rotary Club of Church Hill is a member of Rotary International, a global network of community volunteers. Rotary members are business, professional, and community leaders who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. Meetings are on Monday evenings at Patrick Henry’s Pub at 2300 East Broad Street. Happy Half Hour starts at 6:00 PM, meeting at 6:30 PM.
