Man found dead on Chimborazo Boulevard

Got word on this from a few folks this afternoon:
Contractors working at the four-plex at 709 Chimborazo Blvd found a dead body this morning in the building. Police are investigating, no cause of death known. The man was (allegedly) a 27-year-old named Gary that the neighborhood knew as a local drifter/squatter, and seemed harmless. I don’t see anything in any news at this point.
