Two commercial spots on Oakwood for $100,000

Commercial spots for sale for $100,000:
For the entrepreneur looking for one or two storefronts in a single building that can be outfitted to spec, this property is largely a blank slate. It is located in the Oakwood-Chimborazo national historic district making it investment tax credit eligible. The Seller is also offering an adjacent lot at 1010 Oakwood Ave. and would consider a package sale.
I hear the beaitiful house on the corner at 1013 Oakwood is coming to the market this spring.
What an interesting proposition. There have been numerous residential sales in the past 2 years within walking distance to this location but very little to no commercial to support those new households. I wonder how a Captain Buzzy’s would do here. I can see sandwiches, coffee and pastries in the near future….
I live in the Oakwood area, and I would love to see a sandwich/coffee business or some kind of small sit-down eatery in that space. Oakwood has really come a long way, and a sit-down spot would be a welcome addition in the neighborhood.
It would be great not to go to Marshall, Broad or East Main street for some coffee and small eating.
Ice cream parlor?
