The building adjacent to Tricyle Gardens on Jefferson Avenue has become the canvas for increasingly sophisticated graffiti.

Who owns this building? Can someone actually do something with this place?
I have used “See Click Fix” with success on getting the city to paint over graffiti. Give it a try. If a enough residents vote to have it fixed, then the city will move on the issue.

I love graffiti in the city, I think murals and such define a portion of our city’s charm and its arts
Erm.. difference between graffiti and murals: one is vandalism, the other is work done by professionals for pay. Please do not confuse the two.
I love Richmond Art.
Looks good to me, looks professionally done
Top 3 photos I would be OK with if the property owner gave permission for it to be done. Bottom 2 are talentless tags that need to go
The new artwork on the east wall is beautiful! Thank you to the artists who put their own time and money into this transformation. Much appreciated and an excellent compliment to the mural on the Family Resource Center further east.
As nice as it may look, it’s vandalism unless the owner gave permission. The owner of the building obviously put money into a decent paint job on the building. Things like this may only deter them from what maintenance they do in the future if it is just going to be vandalized.
@9 if you knew the owners, you’d know that the appearance of this building is the last thing on their minds. We are truly fortunate that a talented neighbor (new to the community, and young) saw an opportunity to make something beautiful on the east wall. May we all have such open minds, active hands and kindred hearts.
Babies are cute but they really need to up their game #MoreGardenGnomes
