Is he warm enough?
Might want to call animal control rather than leave him outside. It’s too cold. They work with the SPCA which is a no kill shelter.

Sorry I posted the update on Facebook. We did call animal control and they came and picked her up. We let her inside right after photo was taken because of weather.
