Found this dog at 28th and M. She is unbelievably sweet and clearly loved by someone. Animal control is coming to pick her up but I wanted to share in case her owner checks CHPN.

Update – reunited with her owner!
Spoke to you on the street (was in red coat). I was ready to post my pics but you beat me to it. So happy to see he was reunited with his family. Well done 🙂
