Volunteers needed for East End Games in May

Blue Sky Fund is looking for volunteers for this year’s 12th Annual East End Games, to be held on Saturday May 13th. REGISTER HERE

East End Games is an annual, one-day event at Bill Robinson Park hosted by Church Hill non-profit Blue Sky Fund, and is a great, fun volunteer opportunity:

Included in this one-day event at Bill Robinson Park in Church Hill will be sports instruction, fun and challenging activities, snacks, lunch, and an encouraging speaker. The event serves anywhere from 150 to 250 youth (ages pre-K to 8th grade) in the East End. Each year, the park is full of sounds of learning, laughter and friendship.

This event will not be possible without over 100 volunteers! Volunteers will help lead at different activity stations, facilitate registration, serve lunch, set-up and clean-up the event, and hop in to various other roles as they are needed. Volunteers must be in 9th grade or older; children of volunteers in grades Pre-K through 8th are welcome to participate in EEG but may not volunteer… yet!
