I have never seen that dog but that drawing is amazing. Had I any photoshop skills, I’d photoshop rabies foam on all the principles’ mouths.
That could be any black dog

Do we have any context here as to why she might need a rabies shot? Who is that guy? Is he homeless? Did he steal that dog? Did the dog attack her? Did it attack her dog? Why are rabies shots needed??
