I am searching for a teenager or local, not a professional. I have a very small urban yard which is less than 15×20′ and was hoping to find someone nearby who is interested in coming by on a monthly basis.

Not sure where you’re located, but there is a nice guy who does a good job up here in Oakwood area (he has transport so he could probably go anywhere in CH). He relies pretty heavily on the money he gets from doing yards. My husband has his number so let me know if you want it.
