815 Mosby Street has been owned by Magellan Associates LLC (PO BOX 11012, RVA 23230) since February 2007. They paid $49,500 for a property assessed at $80,000 in 2006 and which now assesses at $32,000.
They also own an a house at 3500 Clydewood Avenue that also appears to be vacant.

Google Street View shows this house boarded up as far back as 2007 so, no one has or is living in it for at least 10 years. Are taxes being paid and by whom? It is a wonder it hasn’t received one of the infamous red condemned stickers as many have along Mosby and Mechanicsville Tpke.
I think the front wall is bulging on it… fix it up and it’ll be nice… I wish they would tear down the apartments and build a nice house there…
