Double shooting in Creighton

WRIC8 has word on a double shooting in Creighton Court:
Police tell 8News it was around 3 a.m. when police were called out for a person shot. They found one gunshot victim on Creighton Road and then about half an hour later, they found a second gunshot victim on the other side of the complex on Nine Mile Road near 31st Street.
Was this an outcome of the “celebratory” gunfire or intentional? I have not heard so much shooting since I moved here three years ago (near 31st & Broad). Also, some of the shots seemed much closer to my home than ever before. I called RPD around 9:20. Never saw a patrol car….I cannot help but wonder where all of those bullets landed.
