Can you help get rid of this potentially completely disgusting refrigerator?

I am renovating a house and looking for an individual or garbage removal service to dispose of a refrigerator which *might* still contain food. The last residents vacated over a year ago, and l suspect they may not have cleaned it out. The fridge may be salvageable in whole or for parts, or have some scrap value, but as the property currently has no plumbing, I can’t really clean it and I am terrified to open it!

I am also under the impression that it must be opened and the doors removed to send it to the dump or have it hauled away by a trash removal service. Any advice/help/suggestions/offers appreciated!
