Housecleaning: Comment IP address and associated email addresses

In anticipation of handing CHPN over to new folks (more on that soon, I hope), I have removed the email address and IP address info from all previous comments. This is to protect the privacy of anyone who has posted using a pseudonym over the past 13 years.

STARTING RIGHT NOW, though, that information is being collected again. Behave accordingly.

Also, please remember that while CHPN does not require that you post using a real name, our Use Policy does require that you provide a valid email addres. Failure to abide by this may prevent your comment from publishing.
