CAR to consider new house for Broad Street

- 2107 Cedar Street – Construct a new garage.
- 2200 East Broad Street – Replace second story front door.
- 2007 Venable Street – Expand rear second story porch.
- 712 North 27th Street – Construct two story porch at the rear.
- 812 Jessamine Street – Rehabilitate exterior of home, add 2nd story to rear addition.
- 2710 East Clay – Construct a two-story rear addition.
- 2108 1/2 East Broad Street – Construct a new three-story single family home.

Another Johannas tower. Can he get away with it again? When will CAR wake up?
Ohhhh..HELL NO !!! Here we go again with towers that don’t fit in. Hello… aren’t there ordinances within the CAR guidelines that state that the height can not exceed what is surround it? Just because we have that double Johannas crapazoid three doors down, which we were not made aware of while Johannas pushed his personal design (conflict of interest within CAR) through until it was too late, doesn’t mean that two wrongs make a right.
