Free flu shots this afternoon at Sarah Garland Jones Center

FREE FLU SHOTS! A collaborative flu shot event hosted Bon Secours Richmond Health System, VCU School of Nursing, the Office of Cynthia Newbille, IVNA, and the Richmond City Health District TODAY, 11/10, from noon – 3:30 PM at the Sarah Garland Jones Center (2600 Nine Mile Road). No appointments are needed and no insurance is required. This even is for individuals age 18 and older.
Those who get their flu shot at this event will receive 10% off their purchase at Front Porch Café (located inside the Sarah Garland Jones Center).
Man, I wish I’d known about this sooner. I’m without insurance and a job. This would have come in handy.
@1 You might try the Vernon J. Harris clinic up at 25th and M St., I don’t know if they offer flu shots or not. Alternatively try the Health Dept. down at 4th and Cary Sts. One or both of those places may offer free shots.
