New faces at the First Precinct

We’ve gotten word of some promotions at the First Precinct:

• Capt. Sybil El-Amin has is being promoted to Major and will be leaving as Commander of the 1st Precinct, to be replaced Capt. Greer Gould.
• Sector 111 is now under Lt. Kenneth Roane,
• Sector 112 (Shockoe/Manchester) is being taken over by Lt. Anthony Papaleo, and
• Sector 113 is the hands of Lt. James Killingsworth.

Sector 111 encompasses Union Hill, Church Hill North, Church Hill, Chimborazo, Oakwood, and the Greater Fulton area – essentially everything south of Carrington Street/Nine Mile Road.

Sector 113 covers Fairmount, Brauers, Peter Paul, Woodville, Eastview, Mosby, Creighton, Whitcomb, and Fairfield – essentially everything north of Carrington Street/Nine Mile Road.
