more info about the School Board move

As reported in the RTD, the planned move to the old Armstrong by the city School Board has ruffled a few feathers. This mostly has to do with the finances of the move.

From the article: Renovating the old Armstrong High School, where the School Board and the school system’s administrators have been told to move their offices by July 1, could cost between $7 million and $10 million.
