Patrolman, ex-partner indicted for murder

A grand jury has indicted a Richmond police officer Michael Couture and his former partner Edward Aeschlimann, on murder charges stemming from the shooting death of Santanna Bryant Olavarria during a May 29, 2004, car stop at Mechanicsville Turnpike and Fairfield Way.
