On the heels of demolition at R Street, 23rd, and 21st and Broad, demolition appears to be underway at the Midlo Apartments at 509 N 35th Street. I don’t imagine that they’ll be missed…

I live in the area. As I understand it only one unit of the Midlo East complex is being demolished. The rest of the units are slated for rehab, which is a disappointment to the surrounding neighbors considering the owner’s continuous neglect of his property.
