Flowers planted and partnership announced at Creighton
Mums, pansies, juniper and rose bushes were planted at Creighton Court on Saturday. The flowers represent a new partnership between Creighton Court residents, the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority, and Bon Secours Richmond Community Hospital.
From the article at the RTD:
During the next year, Richmond Community Hospital (located blocks from Creighton) will offer programs in Creighton Court, such as a breast-cancer program Saturday presented with volunteers from Sisters Network Inc., a breast-cancer-support network for black women. Other programs will focus on heart disease and colon cancer, but the exchange will not be limited to health topics.
