The appeal hearing for the ABC license for the convenience store at 2300 Venable Street has been set for April 4th at 3:30 pm. The appeal will be before the 3 newly appointed ABC board. This hearing differs from the 1/26 hearing which was before a single hearing officer.
A sizeable group of neighbors protesting will have an impact. This will be a good opportunity to voice concerns about and perhaps be of benefit to the place we live.
