Police seeking suspect in shooting on 28th Street

Richmond police are looking for a suspect who investigators believe fatally shot a man in the 2000 block of N. 28th Street about 8:45 a.m.

Numerous witnesses reported seeing a suspect leave the scene. He was described as a black male, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, wearing a wig, a pink shirt and white Capri pants.
