Memorial planned for Roland “Duke” Ealey

Unveiling ceremony of the memorial at Fairfield Avenue and Mechanicsville Turnpike for civil rights lawyer and civic leader Roland D. “Duke” Ealey will take place Monday April 30th at 11AM.

I had wondered what this thing was while it was being erected. If it had been a neighborhood sign, I would have thrown a fit if it was incorrect.
