ANGER + ART = CHANGE
05/12/2007 8:52 AM by John M
The first Anger + Art = Change Exhibition opened last night at the Mad Works Gallery located at 2505 East Broad Street #100. The gallery will also be open today and tomorrow from 1-6pm.
Anger + Art = Change is the evolution of a VCU Adcenter Creative Thinking class assignment designed to teach students how to combine the energy of a raw emotion, with an artistic expression, in the name of change. The equation comes from an article written by Kim Hastreiter, editor of Paper Magazine, in celebration of Banksy, a world renowned graffiti artist.
