The Friends of Jefferson Park and the Union Hill Civic Association are jointly sponsoring a Neighborhood Potluck Picnic on Wednesday May 16th at 7pm at the Bandstand. Drinks, Paper Products, Grills and Condiments will be provided. Please bring a dish to share. This will also serve as the monthly meeting for the FOJP and the UHCA. Please pass the word to your neighbors.

Historic Tax Credit Seminar by ACORN
The Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit is one financial incentive available to historic property owners to help offset the costs of renovating a historic house. A.C.O.R.N. will hold its second tax credit seminar that covers the various components of this financial tool to help participants decide whether or not to participate in the program.
