Head Start registration opens at Bellevue Elementary

The Richmond school system will hold registration at Bellevue Elementary for the Early Head Start, Head Start and Virginia Preschool Initiative programs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. through July 26.

Parents can also register students at Blackwell Annex, 238 E. 14th St., Westover Hills Elementary, 1211 Jahnke Road, and Virginia Commonwealth University Head Start office, 730 E. Broad St. (Theatre Row building).Parents must bring proof of residence and their child’s birth certificate, Social Security card, an up-to-date immunization record and a record of a physical examination performed within the past 12 months. Parents must also bring documentation of household income and their child’s medical and dental insurance card.
