Parks & Rec sets dates for parks master plan meetings

The most recent installment of Richmond.com’s Ask the Mayor brings to light a series of meetings that Parks & Rec are holding towards the development of a Master Plan for the city parks. The only meeting in the East End will be Oct.1 @6PM at the Powhatan Community Center (5051 Northampton St) in Fulton.
