Dana Craig reviews Patrick Henry’s Pub & Grille in today’s RTD and seems to get it:
Patrick Henry’s Pub & Grill isn’t trying to reinvent the culinary wheel, but its simple yet skillful menu of Italian with a twist and cozy basement pub are the perfect fit for Church Hill’s uniquely laid-back vibe.
Read the review this morning and it’s a good one (once again). Went last night for some libations and it was a delightful experience as always! James is the bomb!
Yeah. Went there once and was most disappointed with the dinner menu. Haven’t been for a night of carousing though.
Skillful Italian? I’ll head over to Oregon Hill for that.
Terrible and Embarrassing, I took my Mom and old college roommate burgers were not as the were last fall and the Shrimp Po Boy was horrific. It seemed as thought the cook fried already cooked shrimp to a chewy, nasty mess….. the fennel in the salad was cut with the core in and we were unable to eat it…. they have gone down hill fast
