Union Hill O&H to be recommended by city planners

The November 25 CAR meeting will include a presentation by City of Richmond planners Tyler Potterfield and Catherine Easterling of a report which recommends that Union Hill become a City Old and Historic District (PDF). The report includes a history and description of Union Hill, an overview of the O&H process so far, and lays out what the next steps should be towards the designation. Download the report (PDF).
