Yes, the overgrown lot at 24th and M Streets is really for sale.
The lot is zoned urban business and includes 120 feet facing Jefferson Avenue. The lot is just over a quarter of an acre, and does not include the corner store or the law office.

Would that the lot and the neighborhood institution @ 24th & Jeff would both sell. Hard to imagine that block without the hookers, junkies, etc., not to mention all those little black plastic bags, but it’s something worth aspiring to…
