This is not a newspaper.

In something of an experiment, I’ll be out&about over the next 2 or 3 days putting out flyers. They’re kind of neat, a tiny print-version of the site.
TAGGED: print is not dead
It’s probably the best way to attract a truly local audience. I’ve been thinking about doing something similar.
Cool! Where are you going to post / hand them out?
This is really cool!!!!
It may not be a newspaper… but it’s news on paper… so kinda, right?
Mad graphic design skillz!
I’m going to try to get to every part of the area, hit&miss. I walked part of Broad and Grace just now, with the goal of getting to Buzzy’s and the Hill. Tomorrow I’m planning on getting up into Church Hill North and over towards Oakwood.
Smart. I think there’s actually a market for something similar, a weekly printing of a best of to feed people back to the website, something where you make 1000 copies, drop them around the neighborhood, heck, even just make the PDF available and let other fans print them out and share them for ya.
All of which is exactly what you’re doing so, uh, as you were, I guess.
Very cool.
You going to post the PDF?
Click the image above to get the PDF.
My only thought for improvement would be tinyurl’s for each article… some quick way to find them online.
John, once again you impress me. I hope more people pop in to see/get involved in what’s going on in this little corner of the world.
To REALLY get people here quickly you could add something like this…
concurringopinions.com/archiv…
4.bp.blogspot.com/__cLfPbhhwmw/Rr…
Just a thought 😛 😉
@Daniel – good idea, thanks.
can you leave some with us at the community garden workday please?
