Chimborazo Playground community meeting set for June 8

All invited to come out for a Chimborazo Playground community meeting on June 8th, 7PM at the Libby Park House (E. Franklin & 28th St.). Meeting agenda will include the status of playground project, Parks and Recreation funding, project options, and discussion.

Future community meetings will be held the 2nd Monday of every month, 7pm at the
Libby Park House. Please come be part of the process.

Park improvement to date:

• New lighting to improve safety
• New playground design approved
• Funding grant of $5,000 from Church Hill Association for Garden Shed, Picnic tables, Shade sails and BBQ pits, to be installed this summer.
