Henrico man linked to Fairfield shooting, drugs, dog fighting
In 1990, Tracy Mark Anthony Tucker was convicted “of shooting to death a childhood friend in the back of the head after a dispute over a craps game” on the 1200 block of North 19th Street. Now a Henrico resident, the convicted felon is at the center of an ongoing and spiraling investigation that includes drug dealing, dog fighting, and a June shooting on Fairfield Avenue:
The search warrant reveals that two pit bulls, pictures, scales, vitamin supplements, and dog exercise equipment and fighting equipment were seized last week from Tucker’s home[…]. Another search of the home in June led to the recovery of weapons, drug paraphernalia and $50,000 in cash. It served as the basis for a gun-possession charge against Tucker. Tucker has not been charged with dogfighting. The earlier search was prompted by an investigation into the near-fatal shooting of an unidentified man June 2.
Good news for the neighborhood…kudos to the law enforcement folks involved in this one. Let’s get these criminals off the street.
What a sick ticket…
