Pit bull found near Jefferson Park

I found a pit bull in front of my house this morning (Sunday) near Jefferson Park at 21st and Leigh. It’s a nice dog, well behaved on the leash and all, but no collar.
There was a pit bull roaming loose around 22nd and Cedar off and on for the past week or two… A few folks had called the city and other rescue operations to pick it up but I don’t know if it (she?) was ever caught? May be the same dog you’ve got?
I never personally saw the one around 22nd but was told that she looked like she was nursing puppies.
I saw that one more than a few times. She’s a smaller brindle who obviously either just had pups or had a few litters. Seems pretty mellow and minds her own business. I’m going to try my best to get a leash on her if i see her again.
Must be a different dog. The one I found is a male.
I’ve seen this girl several times in my shared alley on N 21st. She doesn’t seem hostile at all, almost too docile. I suspect she’s shacking up in one of the abandoned houses on Venable.
