Dr. Shawn Utsey, Chair of African American Studies a Virginia Commonwealth University and documentary filmmaker, presents a free showing of his film Meet Me in the Bottom: the Struggle to Reclaim Richmond’s African Burial Ground on Thursday, October 29, at 7PM at the East District Family Resource Center (2405 Jefferson Avenue). Free and open to the public.
