Huotari still dreams of King’s Retreat

We first met him in 2008, but the RTD is including Robert Huotari in their series of 2009 profiles:

Huotari’s plan was to cater to the elite — guests who could have their laundry done, their car detailed and their kids minded while enjoying a fine meal accompanied by dancing and singing maidens. The dining room would also be set up to handle executive meetings, complete with assistants to help out, he said.

“If the economy comes back . . . I’ll jump back on it,” Huotari said. “It’s never going to be dead in my mind.”
