Next Renovator’s Open House is on Libby Terrace

This is your chance to explore an 19th-century Italianate gem perched on Libby Hill overlooking the James River. Carefully renovated by owners Monica Morris and Rick Higgins and contractor Rob Helland of Horizon Homes, the house appears to be a modest frame cottage from the facade; but the interior is comprised of generous rooms opening into each other with milled arched doorways. Large windows reveal views of the river and the neighborhood.
